With over 33 years working as a construction professional, Andrew specialises in providing an expert witness service on assessing the accommodation needs of severely disabled individuals.

In twenty years of undertaking the role of expert witness advising on the accommodation needs of those individuals severely injured as a result of an accident or other, Andrew has amassed a significant amount of knowledge and experience.

Presently averaging in the region of 70 cases a year, Andrew provides a high-quality professional service in in the UK and internationally. Andrew is familiar with requirements of the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 and Practice Direction 35, the protocol and the practice direction on pre-action conduct. He has provided expert witness services on cases involving claimants based in Jersey, Eire, France, Australia, Spain, Ukraine, South Africa and Unites States of America. He also aims to expand his availability internationally, and has recently promoted his services at the Expert Witness Conference in Singapore in October 2019. He also intends to promote his services in person there next year.
